About Cooper Reid

‘Coop’ joined ResourceCo as our first cadet in 2021. A shining star who experienced much of what ResourceCo has to offer, as a cadet Coop spent time onsite working in hands-on roles, and later joined the sales and operations teams in the office where he expanded his skills further. Following the practical completion of his cadetship, Coop joined ResourceCo’s operations team and then later moved to Brisbane as one of ResourceCo’s Business Development Managers in 2023.

ResourceCo’s cadetship program was formally named the Cooper Reid Cadetship Program following Coop’s untimely passing in early 2024. A treasured member of the ResourceCo family, Coop has left a legacy of the positivity that comes with being surrounded by someone with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
