David Mcmahon

Non-Executive Director

A renowned leader in the industrial, construction and environmental services sector and co-founder of ResourceCo, David has been instrumental in the delivery of some of Australia’s most difficult construction services projects. As Managing Director of McMahon Services Australia, David has been responsible for leading transformation of the company from a small family business into a large multinational company with >800 FTE.

Clark Perkins

Non-Executive Director

Clark founded Mercury Capital in 2010 and is the Chairman of the Mercury Capital Funds and the Chief Executive of Mercury Capital, the Manager of each Fund.
Clark has worked in investment markets for over 30 years, which includes over 20 years of private equity experience.
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland
 

Oliver Tompkins

Combined 15 years of private equity and consulting experience including three years at McKinsey & Company before joining Mercury Capital in 2010.
Holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland and a Master of Business Administration (Second Year Honours) from Harvard Business School

Dean Pagonis

Dean has 8 years of combined private equity and consulting experience including four years at Boston Consulting Group (Melbourne and New York) before joining the investment team at Mercury Capital in 2018.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Valedictorian, Honours in Economics) from the University of Melbourne

Chief Executive Officer, Tyre Recycling – Tyrecycle

An experienced executive within the industrial and manufacturing industries, Jim is a progressive and results focused leader. He has an outstanding ability to align commercial objectives with environmental outcomes, bringing a strategic mindset to the opportunities presented by resource recovery. Jim is President of the Australian Tyre Recyclers Association, President of WRISA, Director of the Australian Council of Recyclers and Director of the Australian Waste & Recycling Industry Association (NWRIC).

Brad Lemmon

Chief Executive Officer, Recycling & Waste

Over 30 years experience in the construction materials and mining services industries, bringing a range of skills, spanning operations & logistics, commercial and strategy, with key strengths in building high performing teams and capturing growth opportunities. Brad has formal qualifications in Strategic Economic Analysis & Management, and is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Steve Harrison

Chief Executive Officer, Material Solutions

Director and CEO of RMS, with over 20 years’ experience across finance, strategy and operations, Steve brings vast knowledge of the competitive waste management solutions sector. He has previously held senior finance and general management positions with Lantrak and holds an MBA from Latrobe University and Chifley Business School.

Henry Anning

Chief Executive Officer, Energy

With over 14 years’ experience and expertise across waste, finance, energy and sustainability, Henry is a leader in the delivery of waste to energy solutions across Australia. He previously led Clean Energy Finance Corporation’s waste team and is a former Associate Director at Low Carbon Australia. Henry is also a Director of Bioenergy Australia.

Pavel Cech

Chief Executive Officer, ResourceCo Asia

Extensive experience in business development and operations management, Pavel leads the strategic growth of ResourceCo’s Asian operations. He has led alternative fuels and raw materials (AFR) businesses associated with cement production for over 20 years, including as a former Vice President with global company LafargeHolcim.

Paul Ryan

Chief Financial Officer

Over 25 years’ financial services experience, including with Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte (Australia and UK) and in commerce as the Australasian chief financial officer for Viterra. Paul is a highly accomplished financial executive, responsible for oversight and management of the ResourceCo group finances throughout Australasia.

A specialist in environmental, planning and sustainability law, Nicole came to ResourceCo after more than a decade working across premier legal firms including Minter Ellison, Finlaysons and Cowell Clarke.

Sanj De Silva

Director of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability

A global leader in Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing, Sanj has over 20 years of experience transforming global brands across Asia, Europe, and Africa. She has been instrumental in understanding and capturing the imagination of both internal and external stakeholders across the business to develop strategy and build strong, resilient brands. Since the launch of the UNSDGs, Sanj has worked closely with Corporates and Governments to align business objectives to achieve the global goals.
She has been listed among Echelon’s 100 New Establishment and 50 most powerful women in Sri Lanka. 

Carly Brown

People & Culture Director

With over 15 years experience in Human Resources across manufacturing, mining, and construction industries throughout Australia and Southeast Asia, Carly joined ResourceCo having previously worked for global organisations such as Bridgestone and BHP Billiton.  As the People & Culture Director, Carly brings HR oversight and strategic direction of the ResourceCo Group with a passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture, where everyone can thrive.
