With this in mind, ResourceCo recently created Virtual Toolbox videos as a way to proactively communicate with drivers in an efficient and timely way.
ResourceCo HSQ Manager Steven Patrick said the virtual toolbox adds another layer to our ability to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our customers, while also emphasising the importance of the safety and wellbeing of our drivers.
“Being able to communicate in such an engaging way with drivers spread out across vast areas is an invaluable resource,” he said.
“It gives us the ability to ensure our drivers are up to date with necessary safety and logistical information, along with demonstrating to clients our commitment to providing quality service.
“The videos have already been well received by our drivers and clients as a helpful way of receiving information.”
ResourceCo’s virtual toolbox has been made possible thanks to our innovative Matex system which keeps drivers, allocators and customers up to date with live job data in an easy to use application.
By linking our virtual toolbox videos into our Matex system, ResourceCo is adding another valuable element to our industry leading technology-based service.
