

Recently, ResourceCo hosted our first-ever Sales Conference – ‘Sustainable Growth Summit’, bringing together our Recycling & Waste and Soil Reuse & Recycling teams from across the country.
Over two days at the W Hotel Melbourne, we partnered with facilitators Phuel to deliver an energising program designed to:
– Motivate and inspire our sales teams
– Strengthen cross-pillar connections
– Encourage blue-sky thinking and big-picture collaboration
– Share knowledge, experiences, and success stories
The agenda combined interactive games, presentations from ESG and HR, and powerful stories from our own salespeople.
We were also privileged to hear from guest speaker Trent Cotchin — three-time premiership captain of the Richmond Football Club and Brownlow Medal winner. Trent shared how navigating challenges throughout his AFL career has shaped his leadership journey, and how setbacks can transform into strengths.
We closed the event with a special moment: recognising three outstanding team members whose performance, growth, and contribution set the standard for excellence.
